Special Orders.

At Chanii B we are passionate about finding you the perfect shoes! If you find a style you love, but its already gone in your size and you simply cannot live without them, we offer a special order service for select styles. In this case we would ask the factory to make another pair specifically for you.

Typically, the time scale for this is between 6-9 weeks and the cost is the price of the shoe with an additional £30 for shipping and admin fees.

For any missing styles in sizes 35 or 42 our special order cost is an additional £40.

It is also possible to special order sizes 34 and 43. However due to the factories not having the appropriate materials readily available to produce these sizes it is an additional £200. Please note this service could take considerably longer between 8-24 weeks to produce.

Semi Bespoke.

Chantal also offers a 'semi bespoke' range, which is extremely popular for weddings, special parties or occasions. This service allows you to re-colour an existing design in any colour combination from Chantal's vast array of leather swatches to perfectly match your vision.

The time scale is between 8-12 weeks and and cost is 2X the price of the shoe.

Fully Bespoke

Is it your dream to own your own one of a kind pair of shoes? We can make this happen! Call, or pop in store to arrange a meeting with Chantal, this can either be in person or using Skype/FaceTime to discuss what you want. Chantal will then get the ball rolling and your beautiful one of a kind shoes will be with you before you know it!
